Withdraw from your contract
You can declare your withdrawal to us by email or by post — no login, and no reason needed.
Your right of withdrawal ends once we have provided the plan dossier to you: once the file has been created, you can no longer withdraw from the purchase. You expressly agreed to this before ordering, with two tick boxes — when the right of withdrawal ends is set out in the withdrawal policy.
How to declare your withdrawal
Write to us that you want to withdraw from the contract — by email to [[CONTACT_EMAIL]], or by post to [[IMPRESSUM_NAME]], [[IMPRESSUM_ADDRESS]]. No particular form is required and you do not have to give a reason: one sentence is enough.
To let us match your withdrawal to your order, it helps us if you give your name, the order number from the confirmation email you received after buying, the date of the order, and an address we can reply to.
None of this is a condition. Your withdrawal is effective even if one of these details is missing or you can no longer find it — we will ask. If you want to make it easier for yourself, you can fill in the model withdrawal form at the end of the withdrawal policy; that is not required either.
The deadline, and our reply
What counts for the deadline is when you send the withdrawal, not when it reaches us: it is enough that you send your declaration before the fourteen days are up. So keep whatever proves you sent it — the email in your sent folder, or the receipt from the post office.
We confirm receipt to you and state the date and the time at which your withdrawal reached us. For emails we normally send that on the next working day. You do not have to wait for it: your withdrawal is declared when you send it, not when we reply.
What we do with your details: we process what you write to us only to match your withdrawal to your order, to confirm receipt to you and to keep the withdrawal as evidence (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). Everything else is in the privacy notice.
