Withdrawal policy

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([[IMPRESSUM_NAME]], [[IMPRESSUM_ADDRESS]], email: [[CONTACT_EMAIL]]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
When the right of withdrawal ends early
The plan dossier is a downloadable file — digital content not supplied on a physical medium. Your right of withdrawal ends once we have started making the file available, after
- you expressly agreed that we may start before the withdrawal period expires,
- you confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal once we start, and
- we provided you with the contract details, including this consent and confirmation, on a durable medium (by email).
You give this consent and this confirmation before ordering, with two separate tick boxes; neither of them is pre-ticked. We offer the plan dossier only with immediate delivery: you can only order with both boxes ticked. There is no purchase in which you receive the file only after the withdrawal period has expired.
